Jordens – Legal Publications

Three-quarters of a century of expertise

1948 : Joseph Jordens starts as a freelancer.
Upon his death in 1967, his daughter Juliette takes over.
1977 : The business grows, and J. Jordens sprl is established.
Années 80’s : Two generations succeed and the company quickly absorbs many tasks of the Brussels Commercial Registry.
2012 : Michel Goda (Joseph’s grandson and Juliette’s son) retires and transfers the company.

Today, we are still the #1 provider of administrative services in Belgium and the leader in publications in the Belgian Official Journal.

The evolution of the legal framework and business regulations holds no secrets for us. For over 45 years, we have assisted more than 20,000 companies in creating or modifying their bylaws, making publications in the Belgian Official Journal and registering or updating their data with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (CBE).

We are regularly consulted by law firms and fiduciaries. Due to a lack of time or field experience, these professionals frequently rely on our services for publications in the Belgian Official Journal for appointments, resignations or office transfers, etc.

Meet our team

Arnaud Trejbiez (FR - EN - NL - ES)

As a child, Arnaud was practically immersed in administrative formalities. He didn’t stay long but earned his administrative credentials as head of the business counter at the Chamber of Commerce.
An entrepreneur at heart, he started a mobile business counter in 2007 and became the proud owner of J. Jordens in 2013.

Serge Solau (FR - NL - EN)

Serge spent 25 years producing and booking jazz artists. In 2013, transitioning from bar staple to administrative expert, he made a 180° turn to help his lifelong friend. To this day, he (almost) has no complaints.

Marion de Crombrugghe (FR - NL)

Despite having a physiotherapy background, Marion spent most of her professional life in notary offices. It was there, through preparing acts and other recurring formalities in our profession, that she crossed paths with Arnaud. In 2013, Marion joined Jordens. The poaching was painless.

Jeff Ribas (FR - EN)

Jeff is a musician, author, composer, producer, and musical arranger. He joined us part-time in 2013. Even though he claims to devote only the other half of his time to music, his earpieces never leave his ears.

Aurore Trejbiez (FR - EN)

Aurore joined us in 2020 as a student and full-time in 2023. Since then, her literacy training diploma has been tirelessly used to train the team and inform our clients about the many challenges related to “adapting bylaws to the CSA” and company creation.
